With this new pandemic situation, our team has managed to adapt and overcome. Now, with all the safety guidelines being respected, we safely invite you to join in our tours and come see some whales! We also thank you for supporting us in this difficult time for the whole world.
Your health is our top priority, and we have put special measures in place to keep all guests safe both during and after your activity.
- Stringent Cleaning – We’ve increased the frequency of disinfecting surfaces between each tour, as well as all the seats from the boat and hand sanitizer will be available to all of our guests in our office and in our boat.
- Social Distancing – Guests should stay at a safe 2 meter distance during all points of the tour and should bring their personal mask. We recommend to bring your own personal jackets. We also ensure that all staff members will be wearing the necessary mask.
- Wellness Checks – Employees receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your tour.
Azores are one of the safest destinations in Europe in 2020, but to come here you should bring a negative result to Covid-19 test done at least 72h before your flight, do a test at your arrival and wait for the result in your accommodation or return to your departure point or other airport outside Azores in the event of refusing the test.
Our team never had Covid-19 cases among our employees, hopefully never will!
