FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Coastline Tour, Sunset Tour, Whale Watching Tours:

• We do not recommend these tours for people with reduced mobility since neither the port has easy access, nor our boat is prepared for such cases.

Traditional Azorean Fishing:

• We do not recommend this tour to people that do not like to be at sea or to people with back problems or low mobility.

Stand-Up Paddle and Kayak:

• You cannot venture outside our designated area unless the skipper authorizes it. You’ll be provided with a small and light life jacket which you have to wear throughout the activity.

Whale Watching Tours:

• The whale watching tour only takes place when the sea conditions in Mosteiros allow and under the authorization of the chief skipper. Life jacket is mandatory.

Coastline Tour, Sunset Tour, Traditional Azorean Fishing:

• Our activities are depending on the sea and weather conditions which we cannot control and because of that, all trips could be changed.

The company does not provide food. You can bring light food and drinks in a small backpack, as the seats of the boats have a waterproof box.

Stand-Up Paddle and Kayak:

• Bring light waterproof clothing, sunscreen, and water.

Whale Watching Tours, Coastline Tour, Sunset Tour, Traditional Azorean Fishing:

• Bring water, light food, warm and waterproof clothes, sunscreen, and a camera. We can also share our pictures with you in case you don’t own one.

The activity only takes place when the sea conditions in Mosteiros allow and under the authorization of the skipper or another responsible person. We do not recommend pregnant ladies over 4 months when we do not have the appropriate weather conditions.

Our activities depend on the sea and weather conditions which we cannot control and because of that, all trips could be changed. If the trip is cancelled, we’ll proceed to a new booking as soon as possible.
